How can I see when a specific job was paid?

If you are unsure when a specific job was paid, you can go to Profile > Payment Information > Vouchers and click “Show in filter”. You are then able to search for job numbers across all your vouchers. If the job is not already in a voucher, it might be listed under your “Jobs to be paid” instead.

Will LanguageWire add VAT to my payment?

We add VAT to your payment if your address is in Denmark. If you live in another country, we do not add VAT to your payment. Even if you work for colleagues from any of our other offices, the payment is still considered to be sent from Denmark from a legal aspect. This is according to the EU legislation.

When can I expect my voucher this month?

The vouchers are usually sent via email around the 20th of the month. If you haven’t received a voucher by email yet after this date, please check your junk folder and the Payment Information tab of your profile to see if the voucher is available in your profile.

What should I do if my bank details change?

You can change the details directly in your LanguageWire profile under Profile > Payment Information. Please reach out to Vendor Management (vendormanagement@languagewire.com) so they can confirm the new details.

The deadline for making changes is the 15th of the month if you need the changes to apply to that specific month’s voucher. This applies to changes to your profile details (such as your name and address), bank details and the minimum payout amount.

When will I receive payment for the jobs I have performed?

You receive a settlement voucher via email on around the 20th of the month, showing your payment for jobs completed between the 16th of the previous month and the 15th of the current month.

We transfer the payment to your account on the first Danish banking day of the following month, provided that the voucher amount exceeds your selected minimum payout amount. If not, the amount will be transferred to the following month and will be settled once your balance reaches the minimum payout amount.

Example: On around 20 March, you receive a voucher for jobs completed in the period from 16 February to 15 March. If the minimum payout amount is reached, we transfer the payment to your account on the first banking day of April.

Under Profile > Payment Information you have a complete overview of your vouchers and unpaid jobs, and on this page, you can also see when a specific job/voucher will be paid.
