How can I stay up to date on relevant news from LanguageWire?

We send out a monthly update to all our language experts with important news and relevant information. The monthly update is sent to you automatically via e-mail. However, if you notice that you are not receiving it, please subscribe here.

We also have a closed LinkedIn group that serves as a meeting place for LanguageWire's language expert community, where we can exchange ideas, pick each other's brains, and share updates. You are very welcome to post relevant information there, for example if you've read an interesting article or if you have any pro-tips on navigating Smart Editor that could benefit your freelance colleagues. You’ll find the LinkedIn group here.

If I have questions about a job, who should I reach out to?

Reach out to the Project Manager of the job via Messages.

Go to the particular job for which you wish to send a message and click on Open messages to start a new conversation.

If I have questions about a specific customer, who should I reach out to?

If your request is not linked to a specific job, but about a specific customer and their projects/workflow/termbase etc., we recommend you reach out to the LanguageWire employee responsible for the customer setup via email. You can see who is in charge of the customer setup under Profile > My Entities, and you can find their email address under LW Contacts.
